So I sometimes need stock photos for my projects. Some of the photos on Pexels and Pixabay are genuinely beautiful / fine art level. You can access whole collections of individual photographers on Pixabay, which is great for consitancy across a project and if you find a particularly good photographer. These Pixabay photographers are my favorites : Snapwiresnaps Unsplash (who also have their own site here) Republica and Stocksnap.
